Wavelog is a powerful web-based amateur radio logging application that allows you to log and manage your radio contacts with ease. It supports various features like QSO logging, award tracking, and integration with online services like LoTW and eQSL.
š ļø SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
During the setup wizard, you will be prompted to configure the application's database connection. Please use the following settings:
- Hostname: wavelog-db
- Database: wavelog
- Username: wavelog
- Password: wavelog
This ensures that the app will connect to the correct database and function properly.
ā ļø This version includes critical security fixes. It is strongly recommended to update to this version immediately.
Key highlights include:
- Fixed several dangerous security issues to prevent SQL injection attacks
- Introduced DBTools in the Advanced Logbook for checking and correcting continent, DXCC, CQ zone, ITU zone, distances, state, and gridsquares
- Added options for duplicate search in the Advanced Logbook
- Added monthly statistics to the Analytics page
- Added squelch feature for the DXWaterfall to hide artificial noise
- Improved DXCC identifier for certain callsigns
- Added feature for operators to pull station location to the first QSO tab
- Refactored eQSL image download and gallery view for better performance
- Fixed bug where manually entered frequency wasn't saved during contest sessions without CAT

This is a maintenance release which introduces an interface to DARC's DCL service to sync QSO data into DCL.
